Re: Has anyone in London come across this?

Hi,

On first look it appears to be a good way of keeping crucial information especially for HCP dealing with patients in an acute situation or  in a end of life situation.

I notice it states it is a NHS scheme and there has to be   an established   contract in place- what are the cost implications and how many GP practices are willing to use this system ?

I agree that this system allows patient to create their own care , with choices electronically however not everyone has access to computers / technology in terms of family members.

I would be keen to know if palliative care HCP are in favour of this and what others feel?
