I cut off the extra straps, by the way. I think they are for breastfeeding purposes & I found them a nuisance.

Thanks for your advice, I've been thinking I'd best get this sorted in the next week or so, so I will be ordering this!

I'd just like to recommend the Bravado body silk seamless nursing bra, following primary lymph node removal & lumpectomy. I was advised to buy sports bras, which I did - but found them so uncomfortable, especially to sleep in. After browsing some websites I found that the above was recommended. I ordered one and it is perfect! So comfortable. Bliss after those sports bras. It comes with removable padded cups, which I use for extra support & padding. When I saw my consultant, post op, for the results, both she and the nurse exclaimed "That's a good bra!" and spent some considerable time examining it . The bra was not cheap - about £30 - but well, well worth it.
