I like to get away from the usual things and just relax. I can read a book, watch a movie, watch something on the Internet and play computer games.

Audio books nice to drop off to sleep with. I also use the Headspace meditation App. I like adult colouring books aswell. Since my recall for extra tests, and the awful waiting game these things have really helped. Hope your finding some peace along the way.
I like to talk to close ones to relax. Sharing whats going on in my life with them and hearing what they are up to really cheers me up
